Sending questionnaires and articles

Care team members can send questionnaires and articles to patients manually in addition to setting up automated schedules in Tracks.
  1. Select the person from the caseload screen, or by searching their name.
  2. From the patient's chat stream, you can select the paperclip next to the text field (circled below). 
  3. Select which media you'd like to send to your patient. You can click on Article to select from your library of educational content, or Questionnaire to select from your library of clinical assessments. You can select multiple articles or questionnaires. 
  4. Click Send.
