My care manager isn’t available. Who can I contact for help?

Your care manager's availability depends upon your healthcare organization's hours of operation. If you need to speak with someone outside of business hours, you can call or text your organization's crisis hotline by pressing the (+) icon located in the bottom right corner of the chat screen. If you are having an emergency or feel unsafe, always call 911.

You can also choose to send a message to your care team through the Valera Health app for them to read the next time they are available.
