What are alerts and how do I resolve them?

Alerts are notifications that flag high-risk patients needing your attention. They are generated using Valera’s algorithms to assess for potentially risky behaviors based on data collected via the application. These alerts allow you to intervene proactively and prevent serious deterioration in your patients in between the in-person visits.

  1. To resolve an alert, select the alert icon: 
  2. Select the patient you would like to resolve the alert for. In the top right corner of their patient profile, select “Resolve”.
  3. On this screen, you may document what steps were taken to address the alert/ how the alert was resolved. Select “Done” and the patient will be removed from the list.
